Heat a large skillet. Toss the ground beef in and let it cook until completely browned. Get rid of any extra grease.

Throw in the onion, minced garlic, and chopped peppers with the meat. Pour in Worcestershire sauce, then sprinkle the steak seasoning on top.

Start cooking the diced potatoes. You can pop them in the microwave or boil them halfway—your choice.

Dump everything into your slow cooker. Set it on high for roughly 2 hours, or let it do its thing on low for 4-5 hours, 'til it's all soft and done.
