Dry the washed strawberries with a towel after cleaning. Remove the tops and carve out the insides, but be careful not to cut through the bottoms.

Whip the cream cheese until it's soft and creamy. Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla until the texture is nice and airy.

Spoon or pipe the creamy filling into the hollow strawberries and let it slightly overflow at the top.
