Jalapeno Cheese Ball (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (save half).
02 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
03 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions (keep some aside).
04 - 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese (keep 1/2 cup separate).
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
07 - 16 ounces of softened cream cheese.
08 - 2 jalapenos, finely chopped (hold back half).
09 - 2 tablespoons sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Use a mixer to combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and spices until smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheddar, plus half of the bacon, jalapenos, and green onions. Mix it all together.
02 - Stir together the saved cheddar, bacon, jalapenos, and green onions. Pop this mixture in a bag and refrigerate for later.
03 - Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap and mold it into a ball shape. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours to firm up.
04 - Just before serving, roll the chilled cheese ball in the leftover topping mix. Do this about 20 minutes ahead.
