# What You'll Need:

→ For Assembly

01 - 4 croissants, sliced open and fresh
02 - Lemon wedges if you want to squeeze on top
03 - A handful of Parmesan curls for sprinkling

→ For the Chicken Filling

04 - 2 cups cooked chicken, just pull or chop it up (rotisserie is awesome)
05 - 1/2 cup Caesar dressing, creamy type
06 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, as fresh as you can get
07 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard if you like it zippy
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
10 - 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped rough
11 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced - toss them in if you want

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Drop on a few Parmesan curls, top them with the other half of your croissant, and throw on some lemon wedges if you’re feeling fancy.
02 - Pile the chicken Caesar filling on top of the lettuce layer. Plop on some cherry tomatoes if you like extra crunch and color.
03 - Cut open those croissants and let them lay flat. Toss some romaine lettuce on the bottom piece.
04 - Grab your big bowl and toss in the chicken, Caesar, Parmesan, a hit of Dijon, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir it all up so the chicken gets coated and creamy.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Rotisserie chicken makes putting this together a breeze
02 - Switch it up and use crunchy veggies like onions or cucumbers
03 - Awesome for picnics and easy to pack into a lunchbox
