Garlic Butter Steak Bites (Printable Version)

Juicy chunks of steak in garlicky butter, all drenched in creamy parmesan sauce. Only takes 25 minutes and it's so good.

# What You'll Need:

→ Steak Base

01 - 1 tsp fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp of dried thyme
02 - A sprinkle of salt and pepper
03 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped up
04 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1 pound sirloin, sliced into small cubes

→ Parmesan Cream Sauce

07 - Some fresh parsley, chopped up for topping
08 - A pinch of salt and pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped up
10 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
11 - 1 cup heavy cream
12 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Spoon the creamy sauce all over the steak bites then mix to cover everything. Sprinkle parsley on top and eat while it's hot.
02 - Toss garlic into a pan with melted butter, let it sizzle a bit. Pour in the cream and wait for some tiny bubbles. Stir in the Parmesan until it thickens, which should be a few minutes.
03 - Drop butter, garlic, and thyme into the same pan you used before. Slide the steak back in, coat it well, and cook for another minute or so.
04 - Warm up olive oil on medium-high, throw in the steak cubes with some seasoning. Brown them for a few minutes, then pull them out and hold them aside.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Red pepper flakes are great for more kick
02 - You can swap heavy cream for half-and-half if you want it lighter
03 - Pop leftovers in the fridge and they'll be fine for a couple days
