03 - Shrimp, 1 lb (450g), deveined and peeled

→ Sauce & Seasonings

04 - Butter, 3 tbsp, unsalted
05 - Garlic, 4 cloves, finely chopped
06 - Olive oil, 2 tbsp
07 - Season with salt and pepper

→ Garnish

08 - Chopped parsley, optional
09 - Lemon slices, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Devein and peel your shrimp, leaving the tails if you like. Cut your sausage into small rounds and chop the broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces.
02 - Warm up 1 tbsp of olive oil in a big skillet over medium. Fry the sausage slices until they’re golden and crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Remove them from the pan and keep them aside.
03 - Still in the same pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Stir-fry the broccoli for about 5-6 minutes until it’s tender but still a little crunchy. Add salt and pepper, then transfer to a plate.
04 - Toss the shrimp into the pan, adding some salt and pepper. Cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they’re nice and pink. Take them out and set aside.
05 - Heat the butter in a small pot over medium. Once melted, stir in the garlic and let it cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
06 - Return the sausage, broccoli, and shrimp into the skillet. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over everything and toss to mix it all evenly.
07 - Dish it out while it’s hot. Sprinkle some parsley on top and add a squeeze of lemon if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - You can enjoy this meal with pasta, rice, or swap for cauliflower rice for fewer carbs.
02 - Use any type of sausage! Andouille adds spice, while kielbasa brings a smoky taste.
03 - Want extra flavor? Pour in a little white wine when making the garlic butter sauce.
