Triple Peanut Butter Cookie Bars (Printable Version)

Big pan of peanut butter bars stuffed with Reese's Pieces, oats, and pb chips. Awesome for parties.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
02 - 3 large eggs
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 cup light brown sugar
05 - 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
06 - 1/2 cup salted butter, softened

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1 1/2 cups quick oats
09 - 3 cups old-fashioned oats

→ Mix-ins

10 - 1 cup peanut butter chips
11 - 1 bag (9.9 oz) Reese's Pieces

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Press your mixture into the pan. Toss it in the oven for 16 to 20 minutes. You're looking for golden sides. Give it 30 to 60 minutes to cool down before you slice up pieces.
02 - Now go ahead and stir in your oats with the baking soda. Drop in those peanut butter chips and Reese's Pieces after.
03 - Mix your butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until they look airy and light, around two or three minutes. Pour in the vanilla and crack in the eggs.
04 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Get a baking sheet (about 12x18 inches) and line it with parchment.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Stick with regular creamy peanut butter, skip the natural kind
02 - It's best not to bake too long—leave the middle a bit soft
03 - Works great for freezing; just wrap each bar up tight
