Let the rolls rise in a greased pan until they puff up, about 30 to 45 minutes. Pop them in the oven at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes, and pull them out once they're golden.
02 -
Flatten the dough into a rectangle about 12 by 18 inches. Slather on that garlic butter, then roll it up lengthwise and slice into 12 even pieces.
03 -
In a little bowl, stir together the softened butter, garlic, parsley, some salt, and some pepper. Mix until everything's all together.
04 -
Work the dough for 5 to 7 minutes till it's nice and smooth. Toss it into a greased bowl, cover it, and let it chill out until it doubles in size—usually an hour to an hour and a half.
05 -
Grab a big mixing bowl. Dump in warm milk with sugar, sprinkle yeast over it. Wait for about 10 minutes till it gets foamy. Then add butter, eggs, some salt, and slowly blend in the flour until it turns into a soft dough ball.
