Butter Garlic Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a stick of butter.
02 - 8 oz (230g) of linguine or spaghetti.
03 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
04 - A handful of parsley, finely chopped, for the topping.
05 - 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese, grated, for garnish.
06 - 5 cloves of garlic, minced well.
07 - Add salt as you like.
08 - 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook your pasta by following the package steps until it's just tender. Drain the water and keep it aside.
02 - Warm up a pan, toss in the olive oil and butter, and let the garlic cook until golden and fragrant.
03 - Put the cooked pasta into the skillet and give it a good mix. Sprinkle in some salt to taste.
04 - Once the heat’s off, stir in the Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle parsley and cheddar on top, then enjoy right away.

# Notes:

01 - Skip the salt and add half a tablespoon of oyster sauce if you want an Asian-inspired taste.
