Buffalo Air Fryer Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wings

01 - 1 tbsp olive oil
02 - 1 lb chicken wings, separated
03 - Pepper and salt, as needed

→ Buffalo Sauce

04 - 2 tbsp butter
05 - 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce

→ For Serving

06 - Ranch or blue cheese dip
07 - Celery slices

# Instructions:

01 - Dry the wings with paper towels, sprinkle on some salt, pepper, and toss in oil. Heat up your air fryer to 400°F.
02 - Lay the wings in a single layer, cook for about 10 minutes on one side, flip, and go for another 10 until they’re crispy.
03 - In a big bowl, combine melted butter with the hot sauce.
04 - Mix the cooked wings in the sauce until they’re coated well. Pair them with dips and celery right away.

01 - Work in batches to keep the wings crispy
02 - Air fryer temps aren’t all the same, so adjust if needed
03 - They’re best enjoyed hot, straight out of the fryer
