Braided Chicken Comfort Food (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of shredded chicken that's already cooked.
02 - 1/2 cup of creamy chicken soup (from a can).
03 - 1 cup of thawed frozen mixed veggies.
04 - 1 can (8 oz) of refrigerated crescent roll dough.
05 - A pinch of salt and pepper to season.
06 - 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Lay crescent dough out into two rectangular sheets on the tray. Push the seams together until smooth.
03 - In a bowl, stir together the shredded chicken, vegetables, cheese, and soup. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Spoon the mix into the middle of the dough. Slice 1-inch-wide strips on the edges of the dough and fold them across the filling to weave.
05 - Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until it’s golden on the outside and warmed through.

01 - You can prepare it ahead and pop it in the oven later.
02 - Store in your fridge for up to 3 days.
03 - Freezes well for as long as 2 months.
