Blueberry Oatmeal Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
02 - 1 cup brown sugar
03 - 2 cups rolled oats
04 - 1 cup blueberries
05 - 2 eggs
06 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
07 - 2 medium ripe bananas

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 425°F and get a 12-cup muffin pan ready by lining it.
02 - Whisk eggs with mashed bananas. Stir in sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and oats.
03 - Carefully stir in the blueberries at the end.
04 - Spoon batter evenly into lined cups and bake for about 15 minutes.
