Blackened Chicken Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
02 - 1/2 stick soft butter.
03 - 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley.
04 - 1.5 teaspoons salt.
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
07 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
08 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika.
09 - 4-5 tablespoons cooking oil.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.
11 - 1 tablespoon onion powder.
12 - 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper.
13 - 8 slices crispy bacon.
14 - Colby jack cheese slices.
15 - Mayonnaise as needed.
16 - Honey mustard or Sweet Baby Rays Golden Mustard.
17 - 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced.
18 - 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced.
19 - 1/2 head lettuce.
20 - 1 pack Hawaiian rolls.
21 - 2 lbs chicken tenders or boneless chicken thighs/breasts.

# Instructions:

01 - Place chicken in a bag, coat with oil and spice mix, and shake to cover completely.
02 - Grill or use a skillet to cook both sides for about 3 minutes each.
03 - Combine softened butter, parsley, and garlic in a bowl. Heat gently until melted.
04 - Cut the buns in half and toast them under the broiler until the edges turn golden and crisp.
05 - Add mayo to the bottom halves of the buns. Lay down your cooked chicken pieces.
06 - Layer on cheese slices and drizzle mustard. Brush tops of buns with butter mix for extra flavor.
07 - Pop assembled sliders under the broiler. Heat until cheese melts and bread darkens slightly.
08 - Finish each slider with crispy bacon, lettuce, onions, and tomato slices. Top it off with the butter-coated buns and more honey mustard, then enjoy!
