Cookie Butter Cocoa (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (250 ml) milk.
02 - Hot chocolate or cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon.
03 - Biscoff spread – 2 spoonfuls.
04 - Optional: Whipped cream.
05 - Crushed cookies (Biscoff), optional – 2 pieces.
06 - A spoon of Biscoff spread for optional topping drizzle.

# Instructions:

01 - Pour milk into a pot. Over medium heat, warm it up while stirring sometimes until it’s hot and steamy. Turn off heat.
02 - Throw in the Biscoff spread, followed by the cocoa powder. Whisk until it’s all smooth and blended.
03 - Put the pot back on the stove. Cook until you see steam and a few small bubbles pop up.
04 - Transfer to a cup. Add whipped cream if you like. Sprinkle on crushed biscuits and drizzle warmed Biscoff spread over the top.

# Notes:

01 - You can use any milk you like.
02 - It’s best enjoyed fresh and hot.
03 - To make drizzling simpler, gently warm the Biscoff spread.
04 - Keep extra spread in an airtight container.
