Big Mac Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Filling

01 - 1 pound of ground beef, lean
02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

→ Special Sauce

06 - 2 tablespoons finely grated onion
07 - 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
08 - 1/2 cup creamy mayonnaise
09 - 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
10 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
11 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
12 - 1 teaspoon plain white vinegar

→ Assembly

13 - 4 soft tortillas (6-inch)
14 - 2 cups finely shredded lettuce
15 - 1/4 cup diced pickles (dill)
16 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
17 - 1/4 cup diced ripe tomato
18 - 1/4 cup thin slices of red onion

# Instructions:

01 - Take a mixing bowl, toss in the mayo, grated onion, ketchup, pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika, and give it all a good stir until smooth. Stash it in the fridge for now so the flavors mellow together nicely.
02 - Pop a big skillet on medium heat and throw in the ground beef. Crumble it up as it cooks using a wooden spoon. Once it's no longer pink (about 5–7 minutes), drain off any extra grease. Put it back on the heat and mix in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let it cook for another minute so it soaks up all those flavors.
03 - Spread the tortillas flat on a clean counter. Grab that chilled sauce and smear about 2 tablespoons on each one, leaving the edges plain.
04 - Spread the lettuce evenly over all the tortillas, followed by a sprinkle of cheese. Then toss on the onion slices, chopped pickles, and tomato pieces so each tortilla gets its share.
05 - Scoop the seasoned beef over the veggies. Use roughly a quarter of the meat mixture for each tortilla.
06 - Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up snugly from the bottom. Pin it with a toothpick if it's not staying rolled. When ready, slice in half diagonally and serve while warm.
07 - Dig in with napkins on hand! These wraps pack all the famous flavors into an easy homemade version.

# Notes:

01 - A fun remix of the classic Big Mac, these are perfect for a quick dinner or chill lunch.
02 - The sauce keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days, so make it ahead if you like!
03 - For a low-carb spin, swap the tortillas for big lettuce leaves.
