Summer Berry Peach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust Base

01 - 1/2 cup butter, melted
02 - 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar

→ Cheesecake Body

04 - 24 oz softened cream cheese
05 - 1 tsp vanilla essence
06 - 1 cup sugar
07 - 1 cup sour cream
08 - 3 eggs, large

→ Fruit Topping

09 - 2 peaches, sliced thinly
10 - 1 cup berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 325°F. Coat a 9-inch springform pan with grease so the cheesecake doesn't cling to it.
02 - Combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until mixed well. Push this blend evenly into the bottom of the springform pan to shape the crust.
03 - Using a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s creamy and smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, then keep mixing until everything blends nicely.
04 - Drop in the eggs one by one. Mix each egg fully before adding the next for a smooth consistency.
05 - Blend in the sour cream last, stirring until the batter has a uniform texture. Pour this over your crust in the pan.
06 - Neatly arrange the berries and peach slices on top of the batter. Get creative with the design if you want!
07 - Bake your cheesecake for about 50-60 minutes. The center should look mostly set, but it might jiggle slightly. Let it cool down, then chill it in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Pick an assortment of fresh berries for extra pops of color.
02 - Add more fresh fruit on top before serving to make it eye-catching.
03 - Letting the cream cheese warm up a bit before mixing makes it easier to beat.
