Beef Cake Cheesy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry or pie crust.
02 - 2 tablespoons yellow mustard.
03 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
04 - 1/4 cup ketchup.
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
06 - 1/2 cup softened cream cheese.
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - Salt and black pepper to your liking.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
11 - 1 lb ground beef.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F and lightly oil a 9-inch round pan.
02 - Fit the dough into the pan and remove any overhang.
03 - Combine beef, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
04 - Spread the beef mixture evenly across the dough.
05 - Bake for 15 minutes, then pour out any grease.
06 - Blend mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire, sour cream, cream cheese, and cheddar in a bowl.
07 - Spoon the cheese blend on top of the baked beef.
08 - Bake for another 15 minutes until the crust turns golden and cheese bubbles.
09 - Let it sit for 5 minutes, then turn it over onto a serving plate.

01 - Brushing the crust with beaten egg will make it crispier.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge; they stay good for 3 days.
