Beef Bowtie Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat and Pasta

01 - 1 lb (450g) minced beef
02 - 12 oz (340g) farfalle (bowtie pasta)
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil

→ Aromatics and Veggies

04 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, with liquid
06 - 1 small onion, finely chopped

→ Seasonings and Creamy Sauce

07 - 1 1/2 cups (150g) shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
08 - 2 cups (480ml) beef stock
09 - 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
10 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
11 - 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
12 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
13 - 1/2 tsp salt

→ Fresh Toppings

14 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Cook farfalle until just tender per the package. Drain water and keep it aside.
02 - Heat up oil in a big skillet. Cook onion and beef for 5-7 minutes until meat's browned. Toss in garlic and stir for another minute or two.
03 - Pour in the tomatoes, stock, and seasonings. Allow it to cook down for 5 to 7 minutes for a flavor boost.
04 - Mix in the cream and cheese until melted and creamy. Toss in the cooked pasta to coat it evenly.

01 - Try tossing in cooked spinach, broccoli, or peas for variety.
02 - Want some spice? Sprinkle crushed red chili.
