Toss chicken cubes with pepper, salt, olive oil, paprika, and garlic powder in a big bowl. Make sure the pieces are all well covered.

Take each skewer (they should be soaked) and slide on 4 or 5 chunks of chicken. Repeat until all the chicken is used.

Stir together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and Sriracha in a bowl. Keep whisking till you get a creamy blend.

Scoop half that sauce into a clean bowl for serving. Use what's left to brush all over your uncooked skewers.

Lay your skewers out in the air fryer so they're not stacked. Cook at 200°C for about 11 or 12 minutes, flipping once in the middle. They're done when the chicken hits 74°C inside.

Move finished skewers to a platter. Slather or drizzle on the sauce you saved. Enjoy while they're hot!
