Banana Walnut Loaf (Printable Version)

This fluffy loaf overflows with ripe bananas and crunchy walnuts. It's quick to bake and a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup white sugar.
02 - 4 mashed medium bananas (around 1 1/3 cups).
03 - 1 1/2 tsps baking soda.
04 - Pinch of regular salt.
05 - 2 eggs.
06 - 1 tsp pure vanilla.
07 - 1/2 cup cooking oil.
08 - 1 cup roughly chopped walnuts.
09 - 2 cups plain flour.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F.
02 - Coat two 8x4 loaf tins with grease.
03 - Mix salt, flour, and baking soda in a bowl.
04 - In another bowl, blend the oil, vanilla, sugar, and eggs.
05 - Mix the mashed bananas into the wet ingredients.
06 - Stir the dry mixture into the wet until just mixed.
07 - Gently stir in the walnut pieces.
08 - Pour the mix evenly into the two tins.
09 - Bake for 35-45 minutes until cooked through.
10 - Let them sit in the tins for 10 minutes to cool a bit.
11 - Move them to a wire rack to finish cooling fully.
