Bacon Ranch Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Core Ingredients

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, brought to room temperature
02 - 1 cup of sour cream
03 - 1 packet (1 oz) of ranch mix
04 - Shredded cheddar cheese, 2 cups
05 - 3 green onions, finely chopped
06 - Pinch of seasoned salt (1/8 teaspoon)

→ Bacon Mix-In

07 - Half a cup of bacon crumbles or 6 strips of cooked bacon, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Grab an electric mixer and blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix, and seasoned salt until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
02 - Combine the chopped green onions, bacon crumbles (or chopped cooked bacon), and shredded cheddar into the cream cheese mix. Make sure everything is evenly mixed.
03 - Spoon the prepared mixture into a bowl, cover it, and pop it in the fridge. Before serving, let it sit out at room temperature for around 20-30 minutes so it softens up.

# Notes:

01 - Leave the cream cheese on the counter for half an hour before mixing—it blends more easily.
02 - Choose between pre-made bacon bits or freshly cooked bacon depending on what you prefer or have handy.
03 - If you’ve had it chilling, let the dip rest for 20-30 minutes at room temperature for a better texture.
