Cheeseburger Bacon Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key Ingredients

01 - 2 cups of pasta, cooked (choose rotini, penne, or whatever you like)
02 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1 lb minced beef
04 - ½ cup crispy bacon bits
05 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
06 - ¼ cup tomato ketchup
07 - 1 cup of milk
08 - Season with salt and pepper however you like it
09 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the ground beef into a big frying pan on medium heat. Cook until it’s fully browned, then drain off the extra grease.
02 - Toss some flour over the beef and mix well. Pour milk in slowly while stirring nonstop till it turns into a smooth, thick sauce.
03 - Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, a pinch of salt, and some pepper. Let it gently bubble for 2–3 minutes to bring out the delicious flavors.
04 - Throw in your cooked pasta, shredded cheese, and bacon bits. Stir it all up in the pan until the cheese melts and the dish is all blended and gooey.
05 - Spoon the cheesy pasta onto plates while it’s hot. Want extra bacon or cheese on top? Go for it!

# Notes:

01 - Crank up the heat with a bit of chili flakes or a splash of hot sauce.
02 - Switch out cheddar for Colby, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella to mix things up.
03 - This dish holds up! Keep it in the fridge for 2 days, then warm it up in the microwave or on the stove.
04 - Leftovers freeze well for a month. Reheat with a splash of milk to get the creamy vibes back.
