Pop the ground beef into a big frying pan on medium heat. Cook until it’s fully browned, then drain off the extra grease.

Toss some flour over the beef and mix well. Pour milk in slowly while stirring nonstop till it turns into a smooth, thick sauce.

Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, a pinch of salt, and some pepper. Let it gently bubble for 2–3 minutes to bring out the delicious flavors.

Throw in your cooked pasta, shredded cheese, and bacon bits. Stir it all up in the pan until the cheese melts and the dish is all blended and gooey.
