Grab a medium bowl and combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, green onions, and garlic powder. Stir until it’s creamy and smooth.

Gently open up one side of each Dorito chip to make a little pocket, being careful not to break them.

Take a small spoon or use a piping bag to stuff the cheese mixture into the chip pockets. Keep the fillings on the lighter side to avoid breaking the chips.

Set the filled chips on a tray and pop them in the fridge for about 15 minutes so the filling can firm up. Top with chives or bacon crumbles before serving, if you'd like.
