Bacon Cheese Doritos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 1 tsp garlic powder
03 - 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, left to soften
04 - 2 tbsp chopped green onions
05 - 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

→ Chips and Garnish

06 - 1 large (10 oz) bag of Doritos chips (Cool Ranch or Nacho Cheese)
07 - Extra bacon bits or fresh chives (optional, for topping)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a medium bowl and combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, green onions, and garlic powder. Stir until it’s creamy and smooth.
02 - Gently open up one side of each Dorito chip to make a little pocket, being careful not to break them.
03 - Take a small spoon or use a piping bag to stuff the cheese mixture into the chip pockets. Keep the fillings on the lighter side to avoid breaking the chips.
04 - Set the filled chips on a tray and pop them in the fridge for about 15 minutes so the filling can firm up. Top with chives or bacon crumbles before serving, if you'd like.
