# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 slices of sourdough or ciabatta bread
02 - 2 skinless chicken breasts without bones
03 - 4 slices of cheese (choose Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)
04 - 1 ripe avocado, cut into slices

05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 2 tablespoons of mayo
07 - Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon
08 - Salt and pepper as needed
09 - Butter or oil, for toasting

10 - 1 tomato, sliced
11 - 1 small red onion, sliced thin

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Mix mustard and mayo, then spread it over the bread slices. Slice up your onion, avocado, and tomato.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet, sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken, and cook on medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side. Let it rest and then cut it into strips.
03 - Layer tomato, chicken, avocado, cheese, and onion on a slice of bread. Put the other bread slice on top with the spread touching the inside.
