Warm Cinnamon Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 3 tablespoons milk
02 - 2 eggs
03 - 1 1/4 cups plain applesauce
04 - 1/2 cup cooking oil
05 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
09 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
10 - 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
11 - 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
12 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and grease either a big loaf pan or five smaller pans.
02 - Stir together the applesauce, sugar, eggs, milk, and oil in a medium-sized bowl.
03 - Fold in flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice. Don't overmix it!
04 - Pour the batter into your pans. Bake for 30 minutes if using smaller pans, or an hour for the big one. It's done when a toothpick comes out dry.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap for any type of applesauce you like.
02 - Let it cool a bit before cutting into slices.
