Tender chicken with a crispy coat of cheese and ranch, easy to prep and super tasty for everyone at the table.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 ounce)
02 - 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1½ pounds chicken tenders, cleaned up

→ Cheese Mixture

04 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated finely
05 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Coating & Seasonings

06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 cup panko crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers
10 - Cooking oil spray or olive oil as needed

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Warm up your oven to 375°F and get a baking sheet ready by either spraying it lightly with oil or using some parchment paper.
02 - In one bowl, combine the yogurt and ranch packet. Mix the cheeses, crackers, and seasonings together in a separate bowl.
03 - Coat each chicken tender in the ranch-yogurt mix first, then press it firmly into the cheesy crumbs until it sticks all over.
04 - Spread the coated tenders on your tray, give them a quick spray of oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes. Flip them once halfway through, making sure the inside reaches 165°F.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Freshly grated cheese sticks better than bagged shreds
02 - Don’t overload the coating for crispier results
03 - Tastes amazing with BBQ, ranch, or honey mustard on the side
