Fresh Herb Mozzarella (Printable Version)

Small mozzarella soaked in olive oil, garlic, lemon, and herbs. Perfect for prep-ahead snacks or parties.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 8 ounces of fresh mozzarella pearls.
02 - 2/3 cup of high-quality olive oil.
03 - 2 teaspoons of finely grated lemon rind.
04 - 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon of flaky sea salt.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of red chili flakes.
07 - 1 clove of garlic, grated finely.
08 - 2 tablespoons of chopped basil or parsley.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Shake lemon zest, chopped herbs, garlic, salt, chili, and half the olive oil together in a jar.
02 - Toss the cheese balls into the jar and pour the leftover oil to cover them fully.
03 - Pop the jar in the fridge for at least an hour before enjoying.
