Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it warms up.

In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook for a minute, stirring. Toss in the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Remove the pan from the heat.

Use a bowl to mix the heavy cream, mozzarella, half the Parmesan, and the shrimp you just cooked. Give it a good stir until everything blends together.

Evenly spread the shrimp mix into a greased square baking dish (9×9 inches).

Combine the panko and remaining Parmesan in a small bowl. Scatter it over the shrimp mixture in the baking dish.

Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbling.

Take it out of the oven and let it sit for a few minutes to settle. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
