22 - White chocolate chips - 1 cup for the ganache.
23 - 1/3 cup heavy cream for the ganache drizzle.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn oven on to 350°F. Layer a 9-inch springform pan with parchment and spray it with nonstick spray.
02 - Mix all ingredients for the cookie base into a smooth dough. Spread it on the pan and bake it for 25–30 mins till golden brown. Let it cool once baked.
03 - Stir together the cookie ball mix into a dough. Roll tiny balls out of it and stash them in the freezer until solid.
04 - Whip softened cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Pour in sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Gently fold in the cold cookie balls.
05 - Set oven at 325°F. Put the pan in a water bath and bake in it for 80–90 mins. The edges should seem firm, but the center will wobble a little.
06 - Cool it slowly with the oven off, then refrigerate it. Make the creamy ganache and put it on top. Arrange the extra cookie balls for a final touch.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Let all the dairy warm up to room temperature.
02 - Chill it in the fridge overnight to make it taste even better.
03 - Using a water bath keeps the top from cracking.
