Boursin Chicken Dinner (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1.5 lbs (4 pieces) chicken breasts, no bones.
02 - 2 tbsp butter or olive oil.
03 - Half a cup of cream.
04 - Half a cup of broth (chicken).
05 - 5.2 oz herby garlic Boursin cheese.
06 - 1/4 tsp pepper (black).
07 - 1/2 tsp paprika (smoked, if you want).
08 - 1/2 tsp salt.
09 - 1 tbsp parsley, chopped.

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika (if using) all over the chicken.
02 - Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken till it's golden, about 4-5 minutes per side. Take it out.
03 - Pour broth to scrape up the tasty bits. Stir in cream and Boursin till it's smooth and creamy.
04 - Add chicken back in. Let it simmer for 8-10 minutes till it reaches 165°F inside. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
