Preheat the oven to 400°F. Slice each pastry sheet into 6 strips to create a total of 12.

Thinly cut apples into slices after coring and quartering them. A sharp knife or mandolin works best.

Blend the butter, cinnamon, sugar, and flour together. Spread this mixture below the apples on the pastry.

Lay the thin apple slices on the top part of each strip, with the red skin facing outward.

Fold the bottom half of the pastry upward, then carefully roll them into a coil. Place each one in a muffin tray that's greased.

Bake them for 22 to 25 minutes, or until the tops look golden. Allow them to rest for 10 minutes.

Right before eating, add some caramel drizzle on top.
